Job Openings

What you’ll do:
  • Manage the complete sales process from prospect to close; including cold calling, product demonstrations, proposals and sales contracts
  • Consistently meet/exceed sales quota
  • Immerse yourself in the education technology landscape and product knowledge, and contribute to Mastery Manager’s strategic growth
  • Travel as needed for district onsite demonstrations and trade shows
Experience and qualifications you’ll need to succeed:
  • 2+ years of experience, selling with a proven track record of success. Experience in the education market helpful, but not required
  • Ability to succeed within a high volume sales environment: prospecting, building pipelines and closing business
  • Resourceful and diligent in maintaining CRM data. If it’s not in our CRM, it never happened
  • Competitive drive to beat targets, positive attitude and incredible work ethic
  • Top-notch communication, articulation and presentation skills
  • 4-year college degree (BA/BS) preferred

  • Provide direction in the creation of the front-end architecture
  • Cultivate front-end best practices
  • Pair-programming with team members during software development
  • TDD - write/maintain unit and integration tests
Required Skills/Experience:
  • Extensive Javascript experience
  • Extensive markup experience with HTML5 and CSS3
  • Significant cross-browser development experience
  • Proficiency with at least one modern Javascript framework (Angular, Ember, etc.)

  • Ruby on Rails
  • Mobile-friendly design and development
